{"id":4820,"date":"2025-12-22T11:01:44","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T15:01:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elglobal.do\/?p=4820"},"modified":"2025-12-22T11:01:46","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T15:01:46","slug":"presidente-abinader-juramenta-a-nuevos-jueces-de-la-suprema-corte-de-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elglobal.do\/index.php\/2025\/12\/22\/presidente-abinader-juramenta-a-nuevos-jueces-de-la-suprema-corte-de-justicia\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente Abinader juramenta a nuevos jueces de la Suprema Corte de Justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/elglobal.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-120.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4821\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elglobal.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-120.png 900w, https:\/\/elglobal.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-120-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/elglobal.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-120-768x512.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Santo Domingo.-<\/strong>El <strong>Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura (CNM)<\/strong>, encabezado por el presidente <strong>Luis Abinader<\/strong>, jurament\u00f3 este lunes a los <strong>nuevos jueces de la Suprema Corte de Justicia (SCJ)<\/strong>, luego de concluir el proceso constitucional de evaluaci\u00f3n y selecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El acto oficial tuvo lugar en el <strong>Sal\u00f3n de Embajadores del Palacio Nacional<\/strong>, donde fueron juramentados como magistrados de la SCJ <strong>Edyson Alarc\u00f3n Polanco, Miguelina Ure\u00f1a N\u00fa\u00f1ez, Manuel Hern\u00e1ndez Victoria, Yorlin V\u00e1squez Castro y Namphi Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, fue juramentada la magistrada <strong>Nancy Salcedo Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> como <strong>segunda sustituta del presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/strong>, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el <strong>art\u00edculo 180, p\u00e1rrafo I, de la Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De los magistrados seleccionados, <strong>tres pertenecen a la carrera judicial<\/strong>, desempe\u00f1\u00e1ndose previamente como jueces de cortes de apelaci\u00f3n, mientras que <strong>dos corresponden a la cuota de abogados en ejercicio<\/strong>, conforme a los criterios establecidos en la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Edyson Alarc\u00f3n Polanco<\/strong> y <strong>Miguelina Ure\u00f1a N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/strong> fung\u00edan como jueces de la Primera Sala de la C\u00e1mara Civil y Comercial de la Corte de Apelaci\u00f3n del Distrito Nacional. <strong>Manuel Hern\u00e1ndez Victoria<\/strong> se desempe\u00f1aba como juez de la Primera Sala de la C\u00e1mara Penal de la misma corte.
